Delete my online data

Delete your online account: your sign-in, profile, cloud save, gifts and Shared Market listings.

What gets deleted

  • Your online sign-in, including your Google email address if you signed in with Google
  • Your public profile: friend code, farmer name and look, farm name, level and leaderboard scores
  • Your cloud save, if you signed in with Google
  • Your Shared Market listings, and every gift you sent or received (including their notes)

Goods you bought from other farmers stay with the seller, but your name on them is replaced with "A farmer".

Your farm on your own device is not touched. To remove that too, uninstall the app or clear site data for this website in your browser settings. Deleting your online account cannot be undone.

Delete it in the game (fastest)

  1. Open Cozy Acres and tap the gear button to open Settings.
  2. Scroll to Online play.
  3. Tap Delete my online account and confirm twice.

Everything listed above is deleted from our server straight away. This works in the Android app and in the browser, whether or not you signed in with Google.

Can't open the game any more? Email us your friend code (Settings, then Online play) or the Google email address you signed in with. We will delete your online data within 30 days and let you know.
